  • Sterilization Resistance: Seals must withstand high-temperature sterilization. After being heated at 180°C for one hour, the surface must show no obvious changes, blistering, or peeling, proving their stability.

  • Compatibility: After heat testing, the cap must seal perfectly on its matching vaccine bottle (with a rubber stopper) without fracturing or deforming abnormally. This confirms a perfect fit with the specific vial system.

  • Coating Adhesion: For coated caps, the surface must withstand rigorous wiping with ethanol and isopropyl alcohol solutions after heat exposure without any wear, ensuring the coating remains intact and protects against corrosion.
