Plastic sterile vials for injection have certain production processes and methods in production. The vaccine bottle processing methods include: extrusion, injection molding, calendering, blow molding, molding, lamination, casting, and various ways.

There are two common production processes for plastic oral liquid bottles:

The first type is the extrusion blowing process, that is, the plastic raw material is added into the extruder, and the molten parison is extruded by heating and melt-molding, and then placed in a bottle mold to be inflated and formed, cooled and shaped, taken out from the mold, and the waste side is removed. After getting the finished product. This process is mainly used to produce polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride plastic bottles, such as milk bottles and soy sauce bottles.

The second type is the injection-blowing process, in which the plastic raw material is injection-molded into a tubular parison through an injection molding machine, and then placed in a bottle mold by stretch-blowing molding, and cooled to obtain a finished product. This process is mainly used to produce PET plastic bottles, such as mineral water bottles.

The plastic injection bottle is melted by blow molding, plastic heating, and then pressed into a special blow mold and internal air pressure to form the shape of the final product, because the shape of the bottle is outward pressure, so the emphasis is on the bottle itself. When the heating temperature reaches a certain level, the plastic will be softened and the resistance of the pressure will become smaller, so the bottle will become smaller and smaller.

Plastic sterile vials for injection processed and produced in certain processing characteristics are processed according to a certain grace period treatment method to ensure the quality and performance of production and processing.
